How do I enter symptoms and vital signs?

From the Home screen in the MyAdvocate app, click the "Enter Symptoms/Vitals" button. In the resulting screen, select the symptom or vital sign from the "Type" dropdown, then select the specific symptom or vital sign from the "Symptom or Vital Sign" dropdown. 


Once those selections are made, you'll note that you can drag the "Severity Scale" slider to the appropriate place between the "Low" and "High" severity boundaries. If you're entering a symptom that you're currently experiencing, select the "Now" button and then finish by pressing the "Save" button at the bottom of the screen. 


If you're entering a symptom that you experienced in the past, click the "Enter Time" button and select the time you experienced it via the prompts, then finish by pressing the "Save" button at the bottom of the screen.
