How to Sign In to the FCV Sentinel App

Step by Step Instructions:

1. Install and launch the FCV Sentinel app
2. Input the Email & Password provided by your team's administrator or HR Department into the Log In fields
3. Toggle the check box to accept the FCV Sentinel Terms of Use
4. Click "Login"
5. Review the information that is displayed in the Profile screen. (If any of the information is incorrect, please contact your organization's administrator to update your profile.)
6. Click "Next"
7. Input a response to the question on the "Additional Information" screen, then click "Save & Next".
8. The following screen will require that you take or upload a Profile Picture. Ensure that you upload a well-lit, clear picture of your face that does not include anyone else in the photo. Then, click "Save & Next".
9. Lastly, click "Build Your Baseline" on the resulting screen to record your unique Baseline Forced Cough Vocalization (FCV). FCV Sentinel will take you through a mini tutorial to help you set up your Baseline.
