How to Sign In to the MyAdvocate app

Step by Step Instructions:

1. Install and launch the particular MyAdvocate app
2. Click the "Sign Up" button
3. In the resulting "General Information" screen, enter your first name, last name, phone number, email address and password to be used for entering the application.
4. Next, click the check box to accept the Terms of Use, then click "Save and Next".
5. The resulting screen will require you to select a subscription and complete the in-app purchase.
6. After that, on the "About Me" screen, enter some basic information about yourself (Age Range, Gender, Race and Smoking Status).
7. The following screen will require that you take or upload a Profile Picture. Ensure that you upload a well-lit, clear picture of your face that does not include anyone else in the photo.
8. Lastly, MyAdvocate will take you through a mini tutorial to help you set up your Baseline.
